Job Description You are a multi-tasker and are responsible for managing overall hotel room inventory and coordinating the day-to-day operation in support of the Front Office leadership team! As a Rooms Controller, you will ensure guests' requests are met in advance and their preferences are honored by pre-blocking special requests and managing overall inventory.
What you will be doing:
- Conducting Pre-Keys
- Coordinating with Housekeeping, Engineering and Front Office to ensure all hotel inventory is available to maximize revenue
- Review ALL Membership profiles to ensure all guest preferences are met
- Reviewing reservations made same-day to ensure all benefits, welcome amenities and preferences are actioned and communicated
- Managing room inventory, room readiness and balancing room inventory
