About the Role The RN-Clinical Coordinator demonstrates advanced clinical and communication skills and, under the direction of leadership, is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and coordinating activities on an assigned unit/clinic. This role provides clinical and operational leadership to ensure continuity of care and supports Performance Excellence, while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and Joint Commission standards.
