Il/la Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager o Responsabile di Manutenzione è il/la principale responsabile della manutenzione di un centro logistico e garantisce il buon funzionamento di tutte le sue attrezzature tecniche. È a capo di tutto il team di manutenzione che guida attraverso la cultura della sicurezza.
Garantisce il rispetto di tutti i requisiti di conformità di legge per fornire un ambiente di lavoro sicuro per tutti i lavoratori/trici del centro logistico; si assicura di fornire il più alto numero di apparecchiature disponibili al/la Direttore/trice di Produzione; collabora a livello internazionale alla crescita del business.
