Section: Responsibilities
- Conduct revenue collection, monitoring, verification, and compliance activities.
- Visit assigned locations to monitor revenue-generating activities.
- Engage customers, businesses, taxpayers, and relevant stakeholders.
- Verify payment records, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Reconcile collections and identify discrepancies.
- Identify and report revenue leakages, irregularities, and underpayments.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, transactions, and field activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and other required reports.
