What You Will Do:
The CommonSpirit Revenue Cycle Director / Mission Liaison is responsible for serving as a senior operational liaison between CommonSpirit revenue cycle leadership, market and facility leaders, Guidehouse Managed Services, Epic, CSI, and other vendor partners. This role supports revenue cycle stabilization, command center execution, market issue escalation, KPI review, workflow alignment, and operational readiness following the CommonSpirit revenue cycle transition. The Director will help translate enterprise priorities into market-level action, reinforce standard workflows, monitor revenue cycle performance, and ensure timely resolution of barriers impacting cash, claims, A/R, denials, NOA, billing, payment posting, charge capture, and related hospital revenue cycle functions.
