About the role
Location: St Erth HWRC Salary: £11.54 per hour - plus opportunity to earn a sales related bonus. This is a full-time permanent role working five days a week (to include weekends). Thursday to Monday, 0830 - 1630 lunch 30 mins paid.
What will I be doing?
- Merchandising stock, organising, preparing, pricing and presenting donations for sale, to increase sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage stock and communicate to the re-use manager what stock the shop needs delivering.
- Operate the cash register, counting / reconciling cash and credit card receipts, processing returns and refunds
- Ensure goods are sold at appropriate value and all rejected items are disposed of appropriately.
- Make certain that collections and deliveries are arranged in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
