About The Role
The Retail Training Specialist supports retail capability by delivering focused training and embedding learning in-store. Working closely with the Head of Retail (HK, MO & TW), Regional Sales Managers, Store Managers and the wider Asia training team, the role focuses on supporting store capability development through training, coaching and learning reinforcement. This is a field-based role requiring regular presence in stores to observe, coach and reinforce behaviours. The role is expected to drive improvements in in-store execution through practical coaching and follow-up. The role executes training initiatives across Taiwan, ensuring relevance to local market needs while maintaining alignment with Asia training priorities. The role reports to the Asia Sales Training Manager.
