Job Responsibilities
Store Commercial Performance & Revenue Growth
- Sales Target Achievement: Plan and execute strategies to consistently reach and exceed monthly and annual store sales goals.
- Profitability & Financial Growth: Maintain store ROI contribution, driving year-over-year growth in Average Order Value (AOV) and customer acquisition.
- Conversion Optimization: Monitor footfall versus completed transactions to achieve and sustain target conversion rates.
- Clientele & VIP Retention: Build repeat customer loyalty and manage top-tier client relationships and VIP engagement initiatives.
