To ensure smooth and uninterrupted station operations through effective utilization of human and material resources, while driving sales and ensuring compliance with Eterna Plc's rules, regulations, policies, and operational standards. The role is responsible for managing and maximizing sales of PMS, AGO, Lubricant and Gas, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving station sales and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and profitability of PMS, AGO, Gas and Lubricants in line with approved budgets and targets.
- Monitor daily station operations, including sales, meter readings, dipping, stock movement and cash lodgements, ensuring accuracy and proper controls.
