About the Role A Specialist’s role is to provide superior customer service, facilitate efficient sales transactions, and maintain the sales floor in compliance with cannabis regulations and company policies. You will partner with leadership to support daily store operations and ensure a positive, compliant customer experience under supervision of Store Management. What You'll Do
- Deliver a positive, friendly customer experience by engaging customers, educating them, and facilitating successful purchases. Maintain product knowledge and participate in ongoing store trainings.
- Manage sales transactions on POS systems with accuracy and efficiency; ensure adherence to all BCC, State, and City regulations.
