Duties
- Oversee the general activities of all three (3) restaurant outlets i.e. coordinate all activities from quality production, sales, employee, restaurant ambience, cleanliness to hygiene.
- Monitoring daily sales and reporting across the outlets and ensuring Shift Managers execute their deliverables diligently.
- Implementing policies and processes, and ensuring compliance of same; including food and safety regulations
