Job Description
Restaurant & Banquet Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant and banquet facilities
- Monitor and control beverage costs and labor costs to maintain budgetary targets
- Supervise and train restaurant and banquet staff to ensure consistent service excellence
- Coordinate banquet events from planning through execution, including setup, service, and breakdown
- Maintain quality standards for food presentation, service delivery, and guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory levels and ordering for restaurant and banquet supplies
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all service areas
