The Residential Life Assistant Dean supports the Director of Residential Life in the administration, supervision, and coordination of campus housing operations and student residential experiences.
This role provides leadership in staff development, student engagement, community standards, and crisis response, while upholding Oakwood University’s values and Seventh-day Adventist Christian mission.
This role provides direct oversight of student support functions, assists in implementing conduct standards, fosters a Christ-centered living and learning environment, and collaborates with campus partners to promote student success, retention, and spiritual growth.
