Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a Resident Engineer who will be responsible for providing on-site network monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and technical support to ensure optimal network performance and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance and resolve faults, latency, and service disruptions.
- Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, CPEs, and other network equipment.
- Troubleshoot fiber, microwave, wired, and wireless networks.
- Liaise with the NOC and client’s IT team to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain network documentation, incident logs, and performance reports.
