About the Role A strategic reliability leadership position responsible for driving best-in-class reliability work processes, reducing unplanned events, and improving overall plant performance at Lubrizol's Deer Park site. Lead asset strategy, reliability programs, and cross-functional collaboration to meet business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Lead the application and integration of Reliability Work Processes with alignment across maintenance, engineering, and operations.
- Own and manage the 3-year Reliability Improvement Plan and 5-year asset strategy, driving long-term site performance.
- Drive objective setting, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Reliability Program leveraging industry best practices (RCM, PM/PdM, RCA, LCA).
