Job title: Reliability Engineer/Sr. Technician
Position Summary: This position will be responsible for reliability testing for xEV products within the America’s Region. The Reliability Engineer/Sr. Technician will provide support to regional sites for the development of test systems, collaborate on the development of test methods, develop testing strategies for both inside and outside reliability to meet requirements analyze improvements of the current testing systems and advise continuous improvement options to management, and collect and analyze testing data for both internal and external requirements.
Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Skills):
- 4-year College Degree in Engineering with 2+ years related work experience in manufacturing OR 2- year Degree with 5+ years related work experience in manufacturing.
