About this role
Job title: Relationship Manager
This role will be responsible for technical reference points between LAC and its various partners including Brokers, Direct and other Business Channels especially large customer accounts and possible loss/impact on the company if an error occurs. More so, would be expected to deliver new accounts (number in line with KPI of the team) and 100% of renewals on all existing accounts. The scope of cover includes General Business and Group Life.

Relationship management and maintaining close rapport between the company and its clients.

Analyse risks and develop solutions for clients’ needs as well as collating, sorting, processing and interpreting any request relating to life and non-life business & Operations.
