Job Purpose: The job purpose of a Reinsurance Specialist is to analyze reinsurance contracts, manage relationships with reinsurers, oversee reinsurance claims, provide expertise to internal stakeholders, contribute to the generation of insightful reinsurance reports and analysis to support informed decision-making within the organization. This is a key role in ensuring compliance with company policies, efficient claim settlement, and effective communication and collaboration with reinsurers. It gives opportunity to participate in local, regional and global projects and that is why we are looking for a proactive, flexible person with a “can do” approach.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate reinsurance contracts for compliance and financial impact.
