Section: Responsibilities
- Develop regulatory strategies for product registrations, renewals, variations and approvals
- Prepare and submit regulatory dossiers to NAFDAC and other relevant authorities
- Monitor submissions, registrations, licences, renewals and variations
- Liaise with NAFDAC, SON and other regulatory authorities
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise management
- Ensure products, labels, packaging and promotional materials meet regulatory requirements
- Coordinate inspections, audits and compliance reviews
- Identify compliance risks and implement corrective strategies
- Lead, mentor and develop the Regulatory Affairs team
