Regional Sales Director
Mondi is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead commercial strategy and execution for our Specialty Kraft Paper (SpKP) business across Western Europe and the Nordics. This role owns the regional sales P&L, customer relationships, and go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of specialty kraft paper grades, working closely with the sales director, regional sales managers, mills, supply chain, and product teams to drive profitable growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the Specialty Kraft Paper commercial strategy across Western Europe and the Nordics to deliver sustainable growth.
- Own regional sales performance, including P&L responsibility, pricing strategy, and margin optimization.
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
