Overview
HIRING: REGIONAL HR MANAGER Location: Awka, Anambra State Employment Type: Full-Time Working Days: Monday – Friday Salary: ₦450,000 – ₦500,000 Net Monthly
Responsibilities
- Lead HR activities to support business operations and workforce needs across the assigned region.
- Coordinate and manage performance reviews for office and site employees.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineers, technical professionals, and site-based employees.
- Work with business leaders to identify staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations and ensure consistent HR service delivery.
- Ensure company HR policies and procedures are applied consistently.
- Monitor compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company policies, particularly for site-based employees.
