What we need you to do?
In this role, you will work as a Uptime & Parts Manager -West and own the entire Aftermarket Business in West. You will be responsible for key Aftermarket deliverables – Revenue growth, Customer satisfaction and retention, and Dealer development based out of Mumbai in Market Area West.
We expect you to be:
- Defining a Road map in line with Region-India Strategy and managing the Aftermarket Business for Market area West.
- Responsible for Revenues, Customer satisfaction ( CSS ) and DSC scores for the Market Area
