Job Purpose
- The Recruitment Analyst will support the Talent Acquisition function by providing accurate recruitment data, analytics, reporting, and operational insights to improve hiring efficiency and workforce planning.
- The role will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to track recruitment activities, identify bottlenecks, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data across all vacancies and recruitment channels.
- Track and report key Talent Acquisition metrics, including Time to Fill, Time to Hire, Cost per Hire, Quality of Hire, Source of Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and recruitment funnel conversion.
