Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment and Talent Manager to oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring alignment with the organization’s growth objectives and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
