About this role
Job Responsibilities
- Engage with corporate clients to recover overdue commercial debts.
- Negotiate repayment plans with debtors in Thailand and rest of the countries in Southeast Asia.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates on case progress.
- Log collection activities and maintain accurate records using our inhouse systems.
- Support the team with collection and administrative tasks, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Job Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational habits
- Comfortable working with digital tools and systems
- A team player with a proactive mindset
- Thai speaking is preferred
- Singaporean or PR only
