We are seeking an organised and proactive Real Estate Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations. The successful candidate will coordinate staff, manage operational expenses, oversee property administration, and work closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth business activities and excellent client service.
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in real estate operations or property management
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
- Ability to supervise staff, coordinate departments, and monitor performance
- Experience managing vendors, service providers, and property maintenance
