Radiology Manager
The overall purpose of this job is to provide day-to-day operational leadership and management of the Radiology Department, ensuring safe, timely, patient-centred and high-quality diagnostic imaging services. The Radiology Manager is responsible for workforce coordination, service delivery, equipment and resource utilisation, quality and safety systems, regulatory compliance, performance monitoring and continuous improvement, while supporting the Head of Department in implementation of the department’s clinical, operational and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Service operations - Plan, coordinate and oversee daily radiology operations across modalities and service areas to maintain safe patient flow, appropriate staffing, efficient utilisation of imaging capacity and continuity of service.
