Radio & Radar Operator (JV Offshore)
SERVICE PURPOSE This service is created to effectively manage the operation and maintenance of radar/radio of the FPSO in FSO Unity / Odudu.
SERVICE DIMENSIONS
- Operates and maintains radar/radio of the FPSO
- Coordinate Helicopter Landing operations in the PFSO
- Monitor the maritime situation in and around the FPSO and to check vessels movement within ODUDU Field and other JV Fields (Ofon & Amenam)
- Act as a first point of contact for vessels entering the field
- Maintain, operate, and record GMDSS equipment and interprets distress messages on GMDSS
Activities
- Operates and maintains radar/radio of the FPSO
- Radar contacts reporting and events logging
- Maintain record of charts and marine publications of associated JV sites.
