Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage all cost-related aspects of our construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost planning, budgeting, procurement, contract administration, valuations, and ensuring projects are delivered within approved budgets while maintaining quality and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Cost Planning & Estimation:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and project budgets.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for proposed projects.
- Advise management on cost-effective construction methods and materials.
