Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs and ensure that construction projects are completed within budget while maintaining the required quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration, procurement support, and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and project budgets.
- Conduct cost analysis and monitor project expenditures.
- Prepare tender and contract documents.
- Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate project costs where necessary.
