Purpose
- To serve as the frontline technical representative for customers across Eastern Nigeria by providing technical complaint investigation, bakery support, quality auditing, and customer relationship management services that ensure optimal flour performance, protect brand reputation, and support business growth.
The Job
- Conduct field investigations and technical audits at customer bakeries, distribution outlets, and trade locations.
- Diagnose flour and bakery performance issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective corrective actions.
- Collect technical evidence, analyze findings, and prepare detailed investigation reports.
- Conduct and supervise bakery trials to evaluate flour performance and support product optimization.
