About this Position
- The WGQ Plant Quality Manager will lead the plant quality organization, ensuring product and process compliance with Henkel global standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations. This role plays a pivotal part in strengthening quality governance, driving continuous improvement, and building a resilient organization through structured talent development.
- The manager will oversee both Quality Engineering (QE) and Quality Control (QC) teams, ensuring seamless coordination, timely customer response, and proactive risk management. As WGQ Plant is a strategic site within the Adhesive Technologies portfolio, this position offers significant exposure to cross-regional collaboration and global quality initiatives.
