Responsibilities
- Establish direct contact with customer-site quality residents to identify and implement solutions for quality issues reported by customers.
- Ensure that quality issues are properly communicated to the manufacturing plant.
- Participate in the preparation and review of Control Plans and PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
- Lead problem-solving meetings by appointing members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Implement, support, and monitor quality procedures.
- Organize awareness and training activities to educate personnel on quality-related issues.
- Plan and conduct internal audits to identify and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Raise awareness among operators and relevant personnel regarding the importance of compliance with quality management processes.
