- Proactively solicit feedback to develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards that monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that provide visibility into customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer satisfaction data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, translating insights into actionable recommendations
