We are seeking a highly responsible, detail-oriented, and experienced Quality Control Supervisor to oversee quality-control activities and ensure that raw materials, production processes, and finished products consistently meet the company’s required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily quality-control activities across the production process.
- Inspect and test raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.
- Ensure products comply with approved specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor production processes and identify defects or deviations.
- Lead and supervise Quality Control Officers/Inspectors.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality results.
- Investigate product defects and customer quality complaints.
