Overview: KCH Consumer Healthcare Limited, a global consumer healthcare company involved in manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of pharmaceutical products, is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee QC processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead quality improvement initiatives.
Location: Lagos.
Job Type: Full-time. Work Mode: On-site. Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦450,000 monthly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead QC personnel in testing, investigations, and method transfer activities
- Set strategic direction for the Quality Control Department
- Provide leadership for lot release, incoming quality, manufacturing, and lab investigations
- Support change control and CAPA review/approval
- Coach and provide direction to the QC team; deliver performance reviews
