Job Description
- Responsible for monitoring daily backend operations and ensuring accurate, timely reporting on meat consumption (beef, chicken, turkey) and overall quality/hygiene standards within the Diegos department.
Responsibilities
- Track and record daily consumption of beef, chicken, and turkey.
- Monitor backend kitchen/store operations for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on stock usage and consumption trends.
- Inspect food preparation, storage, and handling for quality and hygiene compliance.
- Flag discrepancies, wastage, or irregularities in consumption patterns.
- Maintain accurate digital records using company-issued laptop.
- Liaise with kitchen/store staff to verify consumption data.
