Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician I Location: San Leandro, CA (Onsite) Position Type: Full-time (3rd shift) Pay Rate: $28.50/hour
Are you passionate about food safety and quality? Join our dynamic manufacturing team in San Leandro as a Quality Assurance Technician I. In this role, you will play a vital part in inspecting and testing our products to ensure they meet the highest standards of excellence.
What You Will Do:
- Perform analytical testing on raw materials, in-progress, and finished products (including color, fat, moisture, viscosity, pH, and flavor).
- Hold non-conforming materials, investigate deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment using Good Laboratory Practices.
- Conduct environmental sampling, food safety audits, and allergen cleanup verifications.
