About this role
QC检查员
1.主要工作职责如下
- 按照品质部检验控制程序文件要求和标准类文件(检查规格书,外观图,工程图,捆包仕样图,作业指示书, 样品,检查成绩书)对制品进行检查和包装，并记录各检查数据，确保制品符合产品质量和客户要求。
- 对检查的不良品进行标识和区分，并记录在不良返修票上，交班长返回生产部处理。
- 按照制品工单确认各制品为ROHS对应品，并且在检查成绩书上盖ROHS对应章。
- 填写“QC出荷现品票”写明检查机种名，数量，生产LOT。
- 正确使用各检查治工具和检查仪器，并对检查仪器进行保养。
- 负责对所在检查区域内的5S工作。
- 按照上司安排，确保工作效率高质高量，达成客户的要求。
- 服从上司安排的其它工作任务，如IPQC巡检等
2.招聘要求
学历：高中及以上学历
工作经验：1年以上
知识与技能：
- 能看懂图纸，及工艺文件
- 能使用卡尺、千分尺等检测工具
- 学习能力强，能适应无尘车间环境
