Role Overview
We are seeking an organized and analytical QA PM to support a large Quality Engineering organization. This role will serve as a strategic partner to QA leadership, driving operational excellence through reporting, process governance, metrics management, automation initiatives, and executive-level communications. The ideal candidate combines QA knowledge, project management, data analytics, and process improvement expertise to improve efficiency and provide actionable insights across the QA portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain QA processes, standards, playbooks, and operational documentation.
- Develop, review, and enhance QA governance and organizational procedures.
- Create and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting.
