Overview
The Role QA Engineer for Crocs, Inc. is responsible for ensuring T1 factories and subcontractors consistently follow Crocs’ quality standards, processes, and policies. This role drives cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, factories, and suppliers to prevent and resolve quality issues across sample development, production trials, and mass production. The QA Engineer will support quality risk assessment for new styles, oversee execution of quality control plans and inspections, monitor testing and product disposition practices, and help strengthen factory quality systems and ownership mindset to deliver products that meet Crocs’ requirements.
