Au sein du service Achats, le/la stagiaire participe au suivi opérationnel des commandes et à la gestion administrative fournisseurs. Il/elle contribue également à l’optimisation des outils et des processus internes.
Ce stage permet d’acquérir une vision complète du fonctionnement d’un service achats/logistique et de ses interactions avec les fournisseurs et les services internes.
Gestion des commandes
- Passation des commandes fournisseurs
- Suivi des commandes en cours
- Relances fournisseurs (délais, livraisons, documents administratifs)
- Participation aux appels d’offres
Suivi administratif et financier
- Vérification et suivi des documents administratifs fournisseurs
- Lecture et analyse comparative des Conditions Générales de Vente (CGV) vs Conditions Générales d’Achat (CGA)
