Public Health Implementation Officer
Location: Kano
Summary
- We are looking to hire a Public Health implementation officer to coordinate implementation within Kano state to oversee field activities and stakeholder engagement, monitor performance, and ensure programme targets and deliverables are achieved.
Responsibilities
- State-Level Project Implementation:
- Coordinate implementation of programme activities within the state in line with approved workplans, timelines, targets, and quality standards.
- Translate programme plans and milestones into weekly and monthly state-level implementation activities.
- Coordinate implementation across participating healthcare facilities, communities, community health workers, and other field partners.
- Track state-level milestones and proactively identify and escalate implementation delays, risks, and operational challenges.
