The Job You Will Perform: Lead and participate in the transformation of Global P2P processes, driving strategic initiatives to streamline and optimize operations. Serve as a primary point of contact for all operational issues related to the services process, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders. Develop and implement a roadmap of continuous improvements for the P2P process, setting standards and managing exceptions to enhance overall performance. Design and own the P2P process, including any automations, and be accountable for its performance and results. Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation for services procurement by channel, ensuring clarity and consistency.
