PROYECTISTA
OBJETIVO: Generar los proyectos arquitectónicos, de equipamiento o áreas verdes en base a los parámetros de diseño que el coordinador de proyecto especifique, en apego a la normativa local y cumpliendo con los lineamientos de diseño a nivel corporativo. Con el objetivo de obtener los proyectos ejecutivos para su costeo y ejecución, así como también para obtener licencias de construcción y licencias de fraccionamiento
REQUISITOS:
- Lic en Arquitectura
- Conocimiento en vivienda en serie
- Manejo de autocad
FUNCIONES:
- Proyecto ejecutivo de viviendas
- Proyecto ejecutivo urbano
- Diseño de redes hidrosanitarias
- Revisión de diseño y calculo estructural
- Terminaciones de obra
