Protection Assistant
Location: Gujba, Yobe
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Support protection activities at community and field level.
- Conduct sensitization on protection, safeguarding, PSEA, inclusion and available services.
- Identify protection concerns and support appropriate referrals.
- Support protection monitoring and documentation.
- Promote inclusion and participation of vulnerable and at-risk groups.
- Support community-based complaints and feedback mechanisms while maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Psychology, Sociology, Public Health or a related discipline. Relevant protection, safeguarding, PSEA or humanitarian experience is desirable.
- Relevant qualifications and experience for the position applied for.
