Property Executive - Tele-Calling
RenCenter is looking for an energetic, target-driven Property Executive to join our outbound tele-calling team at Tatu City. You'll be the first voice prospective customers hear — sparking interest in Tatu City and turning that interest into booked site visits. It's a fast-paced, high-volume calling role where clear communication, persistence, and accurate follow-through make the difference.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to Tatu City and its offering.
- Follow up via WhatsApp when a call goes unanswered, then re-engage by phone once the customer responds.
- Qualify leads and secure their commitment to a site visit.
- Log every call outcome and lead update accurately and promptly in our CRM (Salesforce).
