Promotor/a de Ventas y Telemarketing para AT&T, encargado/a de ejecutar telemarketing, cambaceo y volanteo, gestionar inventarios y promover la oferta comercial. Su objetivo es asegurar el cumplimiento diario de productividad y entregar una experiencia de cliente fácil y memorable en cada interacción en piso de venta.
Ejecutar actividades de telemarketing, cambaceo y volanteo, realizando seguimiento diario a referidos y abordando clientes en piso de venta para garantizar los objetivos y métricas diarias de productividad. Realizar actividades que permitan la aplicación de nuestra promesa durante el proceso de ventas, para brindar una experiencia personal fácil y memorable en cada interacción. Proporcionar soluciones basadas en la oferta comercial vigente, identificando necesidades del cliente para lograr su satisfacción total.
