- The Project Sales Executive will drive project-based sales within the construction and property development sector by identifying business opportunities, building relationships with key industry stakeholders, presenting suitable product solutions, and converting projects into profitable sales.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue project sales opportunities within the construction, real estate, hospitality, and corporate sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with property developers, architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, follow up on prospects, and close project-based sales.
