Job Description:
KEY DELIVERABLES:
- Ensure quality and timely programme execution
- Build local partnership and resource mobilisation
- Deliver high-quality evidence based reports and sponsorship deliverables
PRIORITIES
- Provide strong and positive leadership to the Area Development Program (ADP) ensuring competent and motivated local staff are hired and retained and high-performers identified and nurtured
- Support professional and personal development of ADP staff with an emphasis on-the-job coaching and facilitating ongoing action learning and reflection
- Lead planning of child selection as part of programme and lead a design process that ensures sponsorship is integrated into programmes to ensure it is fun and meaningful for children and that communities lead care and protection
